College Athletic Recruiting Guidance for Student Athletes
Navigate the recruiting process with clarity and confidence.
Helping high school and middle school athletes and their families understand athletic recruiting, evaluate options, and make decisions that align with both athletic goals, academic priorities, and personal purpose.
What We Do
We provide professional guidance and support to help student athletes and their families navigate the complex college recruiting landscape with clarity and confidence.
Recruiting Clarity
Understand the recruiting landscape including timelines, divisions, eligibility rules, and what programs look for beyond times and stats. The orientation every family and athlete needs before diving into the process.
School & Fit Evaluation
Build a personalized school list and evaluate fit across athletics, academics, campus culture, location, financial aid and scholarships. Highly tailored to each individual athlete.
Coach & School Communication
Learn how to reach out to coaches, what to say, when to follow up, and how to present yourself authentically. We'll help you craft personalized outreach, prepare for visits, and know the right questions to ask.
Decision Support
Use structured frameworks to narrow options, weigh tradeoffs, and make a final confident decision. For families and athletes who want to evaluate offers and need help thinking it all the way through.

Hi, I'm Suejin Haver (Ahn).
I'm a former D1 cross country and track athlete at Duke University who experienced firsthand the rewards, challenges, pressures, and tradeoffs that come with pursuing college athletics while balancing academics and life.
During my time at Duke, I earned All-Region and All-East honors, competed at NCAA Championships, and maintained All-ACC Academic and USTFCCCA Track & Field All-Academic honors throughout my career. Just as importantly, I navigated the recruiting process myself, learning what matters, what doesn't, and what I wish I had understood earlier.
In high school, I was fortunate to have been offered official visits to high-profile programs including Duke, Stanford, Georgetown, Villanova, and Penn State, and received scholarship offers along the way. Ultimately I chose Duke and had an unparalleled experience, but reflecting on the process, I would have benefited from more guidance in navigating the complexity and weight of the decisions involved.
Now, I use that lived experience to support athletes and families as they face similar decisions. Prior to founding On Track Recruiting Advisors, I worked in ed tech and as a higher education consultant partnering with universities on strategy and operations, which gave me a deeper perspective on how institutions think and operate beyond my experience as an athlete.
Based in Denver, I still enjoy running and the occasional race (and sometimes triathlons). I'm a mom to two young children and two pups who all keep life exciting. I'm passionate about helping others reach their goals and look forward to the possibility of working with you.
